Senior Accountant Job Opening in Columbia, South carolina - Our Senior Accountants work with mid-sized and small companies in multiple industries. All staff work on both audit and tax engagements. As a Senior Accountant, you will be involved in all aspects of audit, review, and compilation engagements. You will take a lead role in planning and conducting annual engagements. You should be comfortable working directly with clients and supervising junior staff. We value your ability to work well under deadlines with an understanding of the balance between efficiency and quality. During tax season, you will prepare tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and not-for-profits.
Qualifications
· Bachelor?s or Master?s Degree in Accounting
· Must be CPA certified and have an active CPA license
· 3-5 years? recent experience in public accounting, including audit and tax experience
· Experience with CCH ProSystem fx Suite of products is a plus
