Are you an effective communicator and like to talk on the phone? Are you self-motivated and energetic? We are looking for an outgoing individual to communicate with prospective customers and assist them in their buying process along marketing our brand and image to the public.
Job Responsibilities
Call and set appointments for prospective clients.
Manage customer inquiries by phone, email, text and chat.
Enter customer information and update progress into the CRM system.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referrals.
Marketing Midwest City Auto to public, including but not limited to social media, radio, and other outside advertising.
Develop marketing strategies to effectively communicate our brand to customers.

Ability to connect personally with potential customers in a professional manner.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willingness to go the extra mile to help customers.
Ability to manage logistical issues with the customer in order to set appointments.
MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED with strong organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task.
Self-initiative to follow-up with customers.
Must be comfortable talking with prospective customers about vehicles features and qualities.
Sales experience REQUIRED, with automobile sales experience a PLUS!
