Core is a leading expert comprised of client service professionals specializing in in the areas of entity structuring, business succession planning (including seller advisory services and the use of ESOPs), taxation issues, business formations, tax controversy, mergers and acquisitions, and governance. We are involved in every step of these services with our clients, we understand the complexity of succession and estate planning, and we provide guidance with each of these areas, taking into consideration the related taxation issues.
Your Role
The Account Executive is responsible for representing the unique services of Core to its clients. The Account Executive develops, nutures, and grows critical account relationships, directs ongoing short and long range client strategies related to accounting and regulatory needs, and provides clear communication to ensure that account objectives are met or exceeded.

What you bring to Core?s table
You have a Bachelor?s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or specialized training related to business, accounting, finance, or regulatory is preferred.
You have 10 years of successful account management experience in progressively more challenging positions, with an emphasis on corporate strategy and growth.
You have outstanding listening and communications skills.
You have had relevant consultative experience.
You have a history of consistently and successfully executing on tactical strategic plans, including increased business development.
You have practical experience in account management.
You possess superior critical and analytical thinking skills.
You are able to handle stressful situations and deadlines, learn quickly, and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all situations.
You offer a proven track record of driving operational excellence, high levels, and client relationships that by nature are more long-term partnerships rather than short-term projects.
You have the skills to build collaborative relationships with Core colleagues, third-party vendors, and the client?s management teams to solve client problems.
You have demonstrated the ability to conceptualize, analyze, and synthesize information in such a way that helps the Core team create integrated solutions in unique and effective ways for the client.
Job Responsibilities
You demonstrate excellent working knowledge of Core?s services, pricing practices, and client base, including current service offerings, features, and can represent them clearly and persuasively to clients.
You provide strategic and operational direction in the development and execution of clients? strategic plans through Core?s business offerings.
You develop and maintain detailed account plans for each key client and ensure that each account is profitable.
You prospect, develop, and pursue targeted prospects to gain new opportunities.
You pursue and work with strategic partners to present solutions and ensure that clients? needs are met while identifying opportunities for new client engagement.
You communicate consistently and proactively with others in the company to ensure that client needs are being met and that Core meets its business goals.
A Bit More Information
Short Term Travel by the Account Executive may be necessary from time to time to assist the clients and Core in meeting the companies objectives.
