Looking for a motivated, high energy person to coordinate the schedules of our caregivers for our home care clients. You must be a good problem-solve r, be able to work independently, and have excellent customer service skills.
You will be responsible for connecting caregivers based on skill, personality, attributes, and client needs to our clients. The position requires you to have strong listening skills, be able to quickly adapt to changes, and to be proactive. You will be required to use a scheduling software system.
Candidates must:
have current drivers license with proof of insurance; have satisfactory background check; have experience with computer software including office applications
be able to work 8:30-5 Mon-Fri with remote on call every other weekend and some weeknights
healthcare experience preferred
scheduling experience preferred
