Business Administrative Coordinator Job Opening in Raleigh, North carolina - Minimum Education/ Experience : Associate?s Degree preferred or minimum of (2) years? human resources experience and High School diploma or GED and at least (2) years? human resources and business experience in accounting, general office procedures and clerical duties.
Valid North Carolina driver?s license required . Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Brief Description of Work Performed :
Coordinate Payroll changes for Accounting Firm
HR Assistant job responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining personnel files and other personnel information while ensuring strict confidentiality
Prepare and post-employment openings within the Center, post openings outside the Center
Assist with all pre-employment screenings
Conduct annual Motor Vehicle Record checks for all employees
Conduct annual checks for NC healthcare registry
Prepare, forward and follow-up with monthly TB test reminders
Assist w/Workers comp claim filing and OSHA compliance reporting
Orientation back-up
Responsible for ensuring fully trained new employees
Set up in EBS and Hand Scan time and attendance systems
Work with HR Generalist on benefits coordination and other HR matters
Serve as back up for HR duties in absence of HR Generalist
403b Retirement Plan Coordination
Assist COO with processing accounts payable invoices
Auditing petty cash and monthly resident bank reconciliations
Other duties as assigned by Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Hours/Days of Work : 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Rate : BOE, Hourly, Non-Exempt; excellent benefits to include: medical, dental, life, STD/LTD and 403b retirement plan
