Sales Account Executive Job Opening in Baldwin Park, California - Beyond Vape is a leading e-cigarette retailer and distributor with locations all over the world.
Our hours of operation are 8AM - 6PM, Monday through Friday.
We are looking for someone who has all the skills to be a successful Sales Account Executive: aggressive, determined, extremely detail-oriented, responsible, friendly, organized, and good at multitasking.
Because of the nature of this role, you must have excellent communication abilities over the phone.
The essential job functions or duties of this position are as follows, but not limited to:
1. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
2. Makes telephone calls to existing and prospective customers.
3. Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
4. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
5. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
6. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports,
7. Weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
8. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
9. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
10. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
11. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
12. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
13. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
14. Participates in trade shows and conventions
15. Compose and submit weekly status reports to submit to management.
