Call Center Experience Wanted - Inbound Sales Job Opening in Woodland Hills, California - Looking for agents with call-center experience for a Sales Agent position.
The Sales Agent will be responsible for:
Making between 100-150 outbound calls per day to a database of hot leads (NO COLD-CALLING)
Establishing relationships with qualified leads with the purpose of setting up appointments to discuss their finances
Projecting a positive attitude and image to potential clients
Developing, implementing, and following through of sales strategies to hit personal and team goals
Effectively using multiple company-wide CRM systems and tools with ease
Job Description:
The majority of your day will be spent speaking to qualified clients that are seeking our services. Warm and Hot leads will be provided to you every day, therefore no cold calling is needed for our lead management. You will pre-screen, consult, and advise on the best way for them to proceed with regards to their financial hardship.
