Public Health Quality Coordinator Job Opening in Effingham, Illinois - The Quality Coordinator is the energy and champion behind the Clay County and Effingham County Health Department Performance Management and Quality Improvement Plans whereas both health departments strive to provide quality care and services as measured by outcomes.
The ideal applicant has a Bachelor?s degree with coursework in quality improvement / performance management or commensurate work experience. Excellence in written and verbal communication skills is required. Group facilitation skills, statistical analysis, and experience creating graphic displays of data will be extremely helpful for position success.
