Client Data Manager Job Description:
Working with a team of industry leaders, this position will be fulfilling a critical role in the company as we seek to aggressively grow and gain market share. Specifically, responsibilities are to coordinate and facilitate the intake, curation and tracking of client data while developing, building and maintaining client relationships.
Client Data Manager Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of inbound and outbound data feeds and artifacts
Schedule, manage and catalog data pipeline assets
Review, validate and process inbound and outbound data artifacts/feeds
Communicate effectively with clients regarding requirements, recommendations, current statuses and future deliveries
Liaise with data operations and client services teams
Maintain key relationships within client organizations in partnership with account management
Provide recommendations about retention, archiving, and disposal of data
Develop into a subject matter expert of inbound data sources
Provide project management to the data operations team
Improve data quality and ensure HIPAA compliance
Client Data Manager Qualifications:
We are looking for a smart, intuitive and an innovative problem solver who?s able to orchestrate our intake of client data.
Bachelor degree in a technology oriented discipline
Exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to quality
Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a continually changing environment
Strong communications skills ? written, verbal and listening
Experience with a relational database products and structured query language (SQL)
Detail oriented with strong mathematical and excel software skills
Healthcare/clinical data exposure a plus
Experience implementing and working within project management tools a plus
Entrepreneurial spirit with energy for working within high performance teams, working in a fast-paced, rapidly developing company that is deeply committed to integrity and exceeding client expectations
