Field Supervisor Job Opening in Stoneham, Massachusetts - Join our fast-paced team as a Supervisor. Progressive works nationally to recruit, train and manage field personnel for leading healthcare companies. As a coordinator, you will work with our operations team to identify, interview, hire and manage qualified candidates for contract positions in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Sourcing, identifying, and qualifying candidates using a variety of creative recruiting methods
Assisting in development of a staffing plan to support current hiring needs
Troubleshooting field issues
Training installers on best practices with our products and protocols
Using effective and charismatic management techniques to ensure that installers are following through on those protocols
Developing and executing recruiting strategies to meet shifting personnel and staffing needs, as well as meeting our clients' goals and objectives
The Ideal Candidate:
Has a four-year college degree
Has a desire to contribute and is driven by individual success, as well as for the team.
Has the ability and willingness to make 30 to 50 calls per day.
Is a thorough communicator who genuinely enjoys interacting with a wide range of personalities
Is an excellent problem solver, inquisitive, and a good listener
Is an ambitious and articulate self-starter with an exceptional work ethic
Has strong organizational abilities
Has the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Has a friendly, dynamic, and goal-oriented personality
