Senior Software Engineer Job Opening in Hauppauge, New york - Job Description
We are ramping up our R&D and building out a team to work exclusively on the development of a new product. A qualified candidate will work closely with our programming Team Leader and be ready to hit the ground running within the core technologies being used in the development of this new system. Responsibilities will include work on both the front and back end of the system and the ideal candidate will have the capacity to see the larger picture of how the individual components fit together to ultimately affect user experience.
Skills & Requirements
We are looking for someone that LOVES to program with a track record of success. While the ability to write elegant, efficient code is absolutely critical, it is also important to work well and communicate within a team, adhere to internal style guidelines and best practices while at the same time conscientiously meeting deadlines.
7+ years of full stack engineering experience
A passion for solving problems through elegant programming solutions
Proven track record of conscientiously meeting deadlines
Strong hands-on experience using jQuery, C#, HTML5, SQL-Server, CSS3, and
The ability to effectively communicate with a cross-functional team and to ask appropriate questions
An eye for UXD and the ability to appreciate how our ultimate end users will interact with your final product
