Sales Executive Job Opening in Phoenix, Arizona - JOB DESCRIPTION:
Nothing But NET is seeking an experienced Sales Executive; this position will work directly with potential clients in a consultative role throughout the sales process. You will establish a trusted adviser relationship with potential clients and learn their business needs, identify business goals, and develop creative solutions from Nothing But NET?s portfolio of services. You will act as an expert in selling our services, understanding how to make products appeal to potential clients based on the environment, and answering any questions our potential clients may have. You will manage proposal development, working with Nothing But NET Engineers to build estimates and Scopes of Work and integrate into a single solution. Confidence and familiarity with IT services is a must.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Finds new target markets and penetrates them to generate new leads and drive sales.
Independently completes cold calls on potential clients with excellent sales call planning skills.
Makes sales appointments and meets with potential clients in a sales environment, plans on site visits and delivers sales presentations in an effective manner and brings correct resources to support.
Demonstrates advanced sales and products knowledge, discovers how to market products to new users and works with the management team to develop new sales strategies.
Demonstrates understanding of discovery and commitment questions to determine potential clients business and technical needs and create a ?trusted adviser? relationship.
Effectively present Nothing But NET technical strengths in appropriate sales forums that turn product features and company services into solution benefits for potential clients.
Interface with Nothing But NET Engineers to define, scope, and estimate for managed services and/or projects and to communicate customer commitments and expectations.
Works effectively with other sales partners depending upon the nature and scope of the sale, and works with service management and sales management to negotiate contract terms.
Manages an effective call back program to maintain existing accounts, and follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied to establish long-term, ongoing repeat relationships.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3-5 years of relevant B2B selling and developing estimates and proposals for managed services opportunities, understanding of sales process and industry knowledge.
Experience in a customer-facing role providing product solutions and/or suggestions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent questioning and presentation skills.
Possess a positive attitude and ability to find ways forward in a challenging sales process. Excellent time management skills, well organized, dependable, and proven success at sales quota performance.
Compensation for this position is dependent on you, compensation will be discussed and reviewed at the time of job offering.
