Window Treatment Sales Consultant Job Opening in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin - Installations by DC is a window treatment design firm that has been an industry leader since 1939. We are seeking a full-time Design Consultant for our in-home sales position. Our beautiful corporate office is located in Downers Grove (with two other Chicago land showrooms, and 10 Chicagoland / Southern WI warehouses).
The design consultant position is prestigious, fast paced, and challenging but very lucrative to those that want to use their creative tenacity to move to the top! We are committed to our design consultants, giving them tools and education as they grow their businesses.

Required Qualifications:
The ability to communicate and relate to clients' needs in a creative, solution-oriented manner.
Ability to utilize multiple technology platforms such as Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Smart phone and tablets, CRM *Must have laptop or home computer with copying/scanning capability
Two or more years of proven success in outside sales, direct sales, or in-home sales
The ability to develop rapport and build networking relationships for repeat and referral business
Polished and fashionable presence with outgoing personality
Detailed and results orientated
Eager and willing to learn
Resourceful and passionate
Must have a reliable car to transport product samples and be willing to drive within 50 mile radius.

Compensation:
$35,000 base plus commission based bonuses with the ability to make between $35,000-$45,000 in the first year.
