Senior Sales Representative Job Opening in Green Bay, Wisconsin - Unishippers-Green Bay is adding a full-time, Senior Sales Representative to our team. This Senior Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new business. Our reps contact small to mid-size businesses to assess their shipping needs for pallet freight and small package transportation. Successful candidates will generate shipping quotes using software and pricing from our 30+ transportation partners. Unishippers is an Authorized UPS reseller , providing us an unparalleled market advantage in being able to meet our customer's shipping needs.

We offer a comprehensive 12-week Unishippers training program giving reps the tools needed to build a book of business. Transportation is a secure and highly rewarding field. The successful Sales Representative will be tenacious, a highly professional communicator and a solution oriented critical thinker. To the qualified Senior Sales Representative, we offer:
Base salary + residual commission
First year, on-target earnings of $40-$50K

Duties and responsibilities of the Senior Sales Rep include:
Cold-calling a portion of every day
Assessing businesses? need for inbound and outbound shipping, identifying Right Customers
Researching prospects, identifying key players and generating interest
Maintaining an active knowledge of our ever-changing shipping offerings
Preparing written proposals and cost analysis for prospects using Word and Excel
Preparing introductory and business review presentations with PowerPoint
Meeting with prospect leadership (in-person or via phone) to present shipping solutions
Using MS Excel to evaluate shipping data and identifying cost savings available to prospect
Entering customer data into Siebel CRM
Following up with customers via email
Tracking prospect data in MS Excel
Skill/Requirements for part-time Inside Sales Rep include:
A documented history of professional success
Excellent writing skills
Capable of connecting warmly with prospects over the phone and promoting our services
Technical aptitude: 50+ WPM, simultaneous use of multiple software packages
The ability to consistently hit call numbers and sales goals
Well-developed organizational skills
Ability to work in an inter-dependent environment ? excellent people skills
An understanding of is a plus
