Outside Sales Consultant - High Commissions Job Opening in Houston, Texas - Diversified Robotic, is a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) startup company. We are currently launching our first market in Houston, Texas. This is an opportunity to share in the exciting launch of a market disruptive technology company.
We are bringing together a team of highly effective, team players who are outside sales professionals with a single goal of capitalizing on the new and exciting RPA market.
100% commission based contract positions
Short term delivery target, longer term potential depending on success in role
Team members will operate remotely, with weekly virtual online meetings with sales team
Diversified Robotic will provide support for existing market and product potential, and centrally maintained CRM and market intelligence
Commission Offering: $5,000 commission per contract plus an escalating bonus every 5th contract.
Training and Preparation: Diversified Robotic will train you in the mechanics of the process required for you to be able to make a proper pitch, and will provide ongoing support, and closing resources to ensure the offering has been properly framed for the need.
Provision for Materials and Resources: Diversified Robotic has some materials already developed, and some resources for CRM and outreach. These will be provided.
Primary Function: Operate as part of a team for marketing, promoting and profitably selling our RPA services to new customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new customers.
Work as a sales team member to develop a marketing strategy and plan.
Generate sales orders.
Makes personal sales calls.
Work remotely while maintaining high degree of collaboration.
Report competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.
Execute sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.
Maintains a image in self and work environment including vehicle.
Develops an effective and productive working relationship with the Sales Team and members of Diversified Robotic consultant base.
Qualifications:
Proven record of business development and outside sales.
Hunter mentality.
Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.
Technical fluency on social media platforms and basic CRM, as well as standard email and MS Office products.
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations
Demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment.
Requirements:
Must be mobile in Houston area, able to make sales meetings and Diversified Robotic meetings
A valid driver?s license and proven safe driving record. Current auto
Home office area, with full high-speed access and ability to run web meetings and phone meetings professionally and reliably
Role is BYOD (bring your own device). Diversified Robotic will provide infrastructure for communications and brand
