Reconcile inventory accounts
Sales Tax Returns
Reconcile bank statements
Maintain all asset accounts
Monthly closing
Perform or coordinate and review special projects as dictated by Controller
Prepare/review financial and analytical reports as dictated by Controller
Approval of A/R functions (i.e. credit lines and releases) and A/P invoices (within parameters set by Controller).
Review and post batch errors and make necessary changes to accounting distribution
Reconcile A/R and new, used, and rental inventory subsidiaries to general ledger
Maintain accounting distribution file
Assist A/P & A/R and training in all areas of accounting department
Run requested reports for management and branches as necessary
Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills, Experience: Minimum two year Accounting degree. Minimum two years experience in G/L accounting and three years of accounting experience. Must have excellent organizational skills and good communication skills, verbal and written. Reports to Controller.
