Hydro-Chem Systems, Inc., one of West Michigan's largest suppliers of Automated Vehicle Wash Systems, Pressure Washing Systems and Cleaning Chemicals for industrial, commercial, and fleet accounts, is LOOKING FOR YOU. Due to continued growth, we have an opportunity for a full-time Sales Specialist in the Lansing/Mid Michigan territory. Duties and Responsibilities include; Sales of to new accounts Sales of small equipment such as pressure washing equipment and parts washers Servicing existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential new sales outlets. Learn and study the many industries we offer products in and modify sales presentations to meet the needs of our unique customers. Submit existing customer orders by due dates set by management to meet the delivery?runs for the area. Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis thru email?and/or our web based contact management program. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,?products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and?competitive developments. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions;?preparing reports; making recommendations to management. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Must be a proven closer! (Don't even contact us unless you are an overachiever and can prove it.) It's essential that you are computer literate, and have excellent proposal and communication skills. Will train our industry to qualified candidates. Valid Michigan Driver's License along with a good driving record is required. We need proven self-starters who have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
