Accounts Payable Clerk Job Opening in Delray Beach, Florida - Ed Morse Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Accounting Payable Clerk to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. Automotive Bookkeeping and CDK/ADP experience preferred. Job Description:
Post invoices and purchase orders.
Match invoices to statements and issue payment.
Maintain and reconcile payable schedules.
Maintain vendor information including current W9, liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance.
Assist with month-end closing and other duties Requirements:
Experience in Automotive Accounts Payables
Ability to handle responsibilities independently * Familiarity with CDK /ADP accounting computer software program. * Excellent computer skills including Excel and Word. * Team Player
