Responsibilities:
-Generate new business via lead sources provided, networking and sphere of influence.
-Present the value of Allstate to prospects over the phone and in person.
-Follow up on sales and working leads to maximize customer satisfaction, referrals and results.
Qualifications:
-Must have prior P&C experience and license.
-Top performer
-Extroverted people person
-Sales skills
-Excellent written and verbal abilities
-Strong drive for success
-Care about helping people
-Must be comfortable working primarily over the phone
Licensing with the State of Texas must be obtained prior to start of employment, General Lines P&C.
Compensation is primarily commission and bonuses with a small base. $50-70K per year or more if you believe in yourself and can sell.
We have a group health insurance plan with eligibility after 30 days.
