Jr. Sales Representaive Job Opening in Alvarado, Texas - We are seeking a people oriented, customer focused person who is interested in taking the next step into an outside Sales Representative position. The ideal candidate is interested in a sales career, but may not yet have held a ?sales? title or may have already begun your sales career, but haven?t found the right fit. We want to help you to develop your skills and help you move forward with our company. You will spend your time shadowing and traveling with our Senior Sales Reps. After learning our business, sales strategies, and our equipment, you will then become one of our Regional Sales Managers and be assigned your own territory with a portfolio of customers.
What you will need to succeed with us:

Customer focused with the ability to develop strong relationships
Willingness to travel (up to 50%) as necessary to customer headquarters and job sites
Extremely well-organized with high attention to detail
Ability to overcome objections and create opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A desire to be with customers in the construction, pipe line, heavy equipment industry
Hands on, boots on the ground, desire to be involved
An understanding of mechanical machinery, preferable a background in heavy equipment
Some of your duties will include:
Provide details about our products to new or existing customers
Enhance or develop new sales strategies to increase the productivity of the sales team
Maximize the rental, lease or sale of trencher equipment to customers in a defined sales area
Analyze sales opportunities, solve customer problems and participate in sales promotions
Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment
Communicate with other members of the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
Attend marketing/sales team meetings to enhance or develop new strategies to meet company objectives for rental, leasing and sales
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Promote the value and capabilities of our Parts and Service operations to new and existing customers
Sell, Sell, Sell
Travel to customer locations to promote sales and rentals of company equipment
