Audit Clerk Job Opening in Hartford, Connecticut - Position Summary
Under direction of the Director of the PM (Preventative Maintenance) Management and Compliance team, the PM Compliance Specialist is responsible for auditing work tickets, insuring the signed work ticket is attached to the FM system. They need the ability to think logically and to analyze problems. The PM Compliance Specialist will create reports and alert FM service providers when work tickets are not in compliance. This activity requires an understanding of the PM compliance system and the value Service Providers gain from this partnership. Further, this position is responsible for collecting all required data, confirm that it meets FM?s minimum standards, and ensure all documents are audited before FM and client can view them.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Takes lead in contacting Service Providers that have not submitted work tickets and or work tickets out of compliance.
Run reports needed to advise Service Providers of compliance issues.
Collect all pertinent data required of PM Compliance
Conduct a detailed discussion with the vendor if out of compliance to ensure complete understanding of the PM work ticket program
If compliance issues continue the PM compliance team will be notified and follow up is needed.
On-going coaching Service Providers on FM PM program such as work ticket attachment, Mobile Phone attachments and check in and out procedures.
Provide outstanding Customer Satisfaction to all internal and external customers
Must have knowledge of the FM-PM service provider 7-Eleven contracts.

One to two years of customer service experience
Able to meet deadlines
Has understanding of facility maintenance issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
