You will be directly working with the President of our Wholesale Division
Responsible for the coordination of communication, merchandising, scheduling, purchasing, and excel setups for wholesale accounts and flash sales. ie Rulala, Hautelook

JOB DESCRIPTION
You will trained by a team of expert jewelry purchasing planners who want you to grow and succeed. The on-the-job e-commerce training you receive will be invaluable.
There are no ?typical days? at Bling Jewelry, but the types of tasks you will be responsible for include:
Calling, scheduling meetings with wholesale accounts
Assisting in preparing excel sheets for order placement.
Preparing reports for Wholesale President
Input purchasing PO data into our inventory system.
Follow up with Vendor ie. PO?s, delivery date, tracking shipments ect.
Coordinate and preparing excel for all our 3rd party promotion sites.
Liaison between our Planning, Wholesale and Marketing team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in some buying and sales in a ecommerce capacity.
Good with numbers
Friendly personality
A MUST-strong excel and analytical skills.
Able to work with voluminous worksheets.
A Degree in Fashion- Merchandising or Management.
You must be incredibly organized and detail oriented.
A team player who is on time with a strong work ethic.
STRONG communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comfortable with working through ambiguous or open-ended tasks
Not Required a plus
Knowledge of Jewelry terms
Magento or other shopping platforms
Worked with Salesforce or other CRM New Location
Starting in October Bling Jewelry will be moving to our brand new office in North Bergen NJ
Interview will take place in our Manhattan office near Penn Station
