Business Development / Outside Sales Job Opening in Tulsa, Oklahoma - Searching for a Business Development Rep/Outside Sales that enjoys B2B sales. Looking for that Sales Rep that has a passion for networking and sales and someone who is very familiar with the Tulsa market.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
Complete cold call prospecting activities to establish a relationship and follow up appointments with customer decision makers.
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business while servicing existing customers.
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Trinity Employment Specialists services and pricing structure.
Determine customer needs and propose customer solutions.
Meet or exceed the new business sales goals.
Prepare and deliver sales and follow up with key decision makers.
Schedule and document activities, and develop prospective customer profiles.
Complete required reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy.
Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
Regularly meet with Sales Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
Previous cold calling experience.
Must present and communicate in a professional manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be organized with good time management skills.
Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
Must have reliable transportation.
Pay is salary plus commission based on experience
