Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Grants Pass, Oregon - NAPA Auto Parts has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative for Josephine/Jackson County area.
Job Summary:
As the Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers and for actively prospecting for new accounts and maximizing sales potential with existing customers. You would be responsible for:
Guaranteeing satisfaction and value for our clients.
Contributing to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a productive team and promotes personal growth.
Maintaining personal productivity and quality standards that make possible attractive financial returns so that we may continue to provide excellent service to our customers and ensure job security and career growth for our staff.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Communicate effectively with the Owner, Sales Manager and Parts Counter Staff to ensure that customers needs are met.
Effectively present and discuss the products and services of the company to customers in a way that conveys an image of quality, integrity.
Investigate and resolve customer problems.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Experience in sales or customer service
Ability to identify and meet customers needs
Must be a self starter
Must posses a valid Oregon Drivers License
This job will occasionally require the lifting up to 50 lbs.
