Account Manger / Community Liaison Overview:
Nurture business and referral relationships in the community
Be passionate about helping families select the best care for their loved ones
Develop and foster strong business relationships for continued growth
Focus on account management with our existing referral sources and supporting our community sales team
Account Manger / Community Liaison Responsibilities:
Represent all of our care options to referral sources and their patients as they transition to home care
Nurture and enhance relationships with current referral accounts
Maintain a positive presence inside our referral sources' locations
Consult with families and clients about our services
Work collaboratively with our clinical staff to assure consistent message to the community and our clients
Establish and maintain relationships with referring Social Workers or Discharge Planners
Account Manager / Community Liaison Qualifications:
You have at least two years of previous healthcare experience either in a home care setting or a clinical care setting.
You are comfortable consulting with families to select the best care for their loved one(s).
You are personable and able to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, referral sources, and potential clients and their family members
You are comfortable driving throughout the Twin Cities area daily
