Senior Medical Sales Representative(s)- ( Commission Only)
We are looking for experienced, energetic, goal oriented1099 sales professionals looking to make a positive impact on patients lives, while meeting financial and personal goals selling medical ancillary products and services. Specializing in but not limited to: Chronic Care Management, Lab Diagnostics, Retail Pharmacy, Medical/Surgical Services and DME products are just some of what we offer. We provide the latest ancillary products and services that benefit patients and healthcare providers to build and exceed the unique needs of clinicians across a wide array of specialties.
Medcillary Independent Sales Representative positions allow for exceptional upward mobility based on drive, talent and commitment. We provide training, one-on-one support with field managers, access to marketing materials and out breadth of knowledge and experience to ensure you feel prepared and professional.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of related medical sales experience is required.
MUST do 2 or more new clinic site visits per week
200 samples/scripts per month to maintain sales goals
Must have fundamental command of all products being sold and be able to disseminate this knowledge to the customer
A STRONG understanding of genomics and molecular diagnostics.
A true passion for providing high quality care and ancillary solutions to your community
Passionate about business results, with a strong sense of accountability, metrics and ownership of products and services you are providing.
Strong consultative selling skills, and proven capability to close technical sales.
Ability to effectively prepare, present and promote Medcillary product lines and services.
Educates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
Following extensive product training, the employee must be able to tailor Medcillary?s promotional message based upon knowledge of the customer, advise on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions about product functionality and distinguish Medcillary solutions from those of competitors.
Solves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion.
Managing and maintaining a sample inventory of products.
Familiarity with and the ability to apply, train and use laboratory testing terminology in labs and hospitals
Must adhere rigidly to all GMP policies and procedures as stipulated by the FDA.

1099 commission based salary
This is a contract to hire Independent medical sales representative(s) position. Each contractor or must present a professional image of Medcillary. Must have an understanding of the critical relationships that we have with our vendors and customers and treat them accordingly. This position will also be responsible for various administrative duties and account management duties.
