Sales Security Consultant- New Construction/Aftermarket Job Opening in Parsippany, New jersey - Job Requirements
As a Security Consultant for New and aftermarket Construction, Multifamily Sales, you must be a highly driven and motivated never say no type, with a strong work ethic, a high degree of integrity. This is an incredible opportunity for a person who enjoys relationship building, managing customer accounts, and developing new business.
You must also have strong time-management, organizational and prioritization abilities. It is also important that you display excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with customers.
Previous sales experience a must and the ability to get the meetings as well as follow through to close the deal
Good sales skills, with strong up selling and closing abilities
Ability to generate leads via prospecting and networking
Neat and professional record keeping of all customer accounts
Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
Ability to work effectively both on an individual basis and as part of a team
Professional appearance and demeanor
High energy personality and a fun and positive attitude
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Interested to learn about new technologies
Experience with customer relationship management
Strong customer service skills
Reading and understanding Blueprints and doing take offs for quoting
Must have a reliable car and willing to travel as needed without notice
Must have extremely good computer and presentation skills
Must be on-time to all meetings without excuses. No complaining
Must fill out expense reports and submit on a timely basis
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year

High school or equivalent
