Job Summary:
The IT Manager ensures that all business critical systems are integrated while maintaining software and hardware for optimum performance. This position requires a strong emphasis on software integration and plays a key role in supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Report To: President
Duties and Responsibilities:
Integration of software systems (ERP, CRM, inventory control, shipping, accounting, website, business intelligence, chat, etc.)
Ensure that all software & hardware is maintained with current patches and updates (Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, antivirus, third party software, etc.)
Provide support to the web development team for custom site scripting
Commission and maintain hardware (PCs, servers, printers, network switches, storage devices, mobile computers, firewalls, etc.)
VOIP maintenance
ERP development & maintenance
Miscellaneous duties as needed
Required qualifications include:
High level of proficiency with the following:
SQL
Perl
Web Services (XML, SOAP, REST API) * Medium level of proficiency with the following:
Active Directory
Windows Server 2008 R2
Windows Server 2012
DOS script/shell * Networking experience
Fast learner ? Since our systems are constantly evolving, there is a steep learning curve that must be overcome quickly for success. The IT Manager must be technically inclined to solve problems that have not been encountered previously.

4-year degree in an IT related field
Desired qualifications include:
Experience with ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
Experience in a manufacturing environment

Working conditions:
Circuit Board Medics was founded on a 1-day turnaround for standard repairs. This nurtures a fast-paced environment that requires a strong sense of urgency. The typical workday is 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with a break for lunch. Due to the nature of supporting business critical hardware and software, some system maintenance will need to be performed outside of normal business hours.
Physical requirements:
Installing hardware requires a medium to high level of manual dexterity. The IT manager should be able to lift 50 lbs.
