Motorcycle Sales Job Opening in San Bernardino, California - Sales Internet Specialist Douglas Motorcycles, CA $30,000 - $75,000 a year - Full-time, fixed pay + Commission. Would also consider part time for a special candidate.
Douglas Motorcycles is a medium sized European and specialty dealership that's been in the San Bernardino area since 1963. We relocated to our current facility in late 2012 right next to the 215 freeway and we have been growing steadily ever since.
SUMMARY
Under General Sales Manager supervision, the Internet Specialist is responsible for handling all incoming internet sales leads and converting the leads to buyers while maintaining a high quality customer experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond by phone and email, promptly to all incoming internet sales leads
Greet walk-in customers and introduce them to the dealership
Consistent phone follow up
Steadfast updating of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program
Work with the Sales Manager to maintain online marketing of pricing and programs to drive leads.
At GM direction assign incoming leads to Sales as appropriate
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Previous sales experience is necessary. Motorcycle and powersports knowledge is beneficial. Great organization skills are required.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma required; college level degree is a plus.

Moderate to advanced knowledge of motorcycles is beneficial
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Comfort interacting with a wide range of people and personalities

CONTACT RESPONSIBILITY:
Internal: coordinate with other sales persons, and sales manager
External: all dealership customers

WORK ENVIRONMENT: the showroom can be busy and noisy at times as we adjust our pace to match the needs of current floor traffic.
