AeroBase Group is seeking motivated and driven individuals with work history in a sales environment for an Account Manager position in our growing Manassas, Virginia office. We are an international company that needs the best local talent for a meaningful career. This is a full-time, M-F 8-5 salary plus commission position with health, dental, vision, and generous 401K plan.
People with a background in sales, retail or otherwise, generally do very well in this position. This may be a retail store, call center, retail cellular company, or even insurance or recruiting companies.
Job Requirements and Basic Qualifications:
- Associates?s or Bachelors Degree from an accredited two-year college or university (or comparable sales experience with a proven track record)
- Must be a highly motivated, self-starter that is extremely organized in a fast-paced environment
- Passion, high energy, and a drive to succeed in all aspects of the job with long-term career goals in mind
- Demonstrate problem solving and ability to manage time with a detail-oriented approach
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and project a professional image
- Computer Literacy is a must including the ability to quickly learn new software
