Sales/Office Assistant Job Opening in Annandale, Virginia - Seeking a proactive and results oriented individual to provide direct assistance for busy sales leader in our custom clothing sales office in Annandale. This position handles all details, organization, and communications for our top producing Sales Professionals. We seek candidates who are team players and can be self-directed on independent projects as well.
This position is part-time (25 hours per week) with a starting pay of $15 per hour. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8am ? 6 pm. Your days may vary. We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepares and maintains all client orders/files
- Researches customer information and referrals
- Prepares all clothing for delivery by sales professional
- Makes follow up calls to factories, customers, and corporate office
- Pick-up and delivery of client items, as needed
- Bending and lifting up to 20lbs
Qualifications:
- Professional image to interface with corporate client
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced professional office environment
- Strong MS Office professional skills
- Dependable
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Associates degree - and/or minimum 2 years office related experience
