Qualifications
BA or BS preferred (no, not that type of BS ;)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong sales/customer service orientation (as in, you love helping people by providing them with high-quality products/services!)
True Grit (the grittier the better!)
Readily available for a game of ping pong or jenga (preferred)
Strong drive to be better every day (required)
Responsibilities
Understand the needs of our clients in order to effectively communicate the benefits of and sell our services
Participate in daily high-fives
Hate cold calling? We do too! All warm lead calls to prospective students and families who have asked for more information about our services
Achieve sales targets set by management
Manage lead records to ensure we can properly follow up and place tutors
Assist in client service and build strong relations with our students and families
Ringing the gong when you make an awesome sale
