C.N.A Director of Development Job Opening in Santa Clara, California - Long term care facility seeks Experienced Licensed CNA or Licensed Nurse with at least 6+ years experience in healthcare.
Duties will include, primarily training, mentoring and encouraging CNAs directly on the patient floor and in a classroom environment. Very little paperwork!
CNA Director works as a team with the Director of Staff Development and HR department to promote the proper on-boarding, training, education and development of new hires and established staff CNAs.
No DSD certificate needed.
This position works in junction with and in addition to the DSD. Must be able to give feedback in a positive manner, be a creative thinker & a nurturing leader to our CNA Staff. Must be able to interact with all 3 shifts.
