Property Manager Job Opening in Concord, New hampshire - Independent Senior Living Community seeks full time Community Operations Manager for 165 apartments in Bow, NH. Candidate will be one of three employees at the property, including a Leasing Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Job duties include rent collection, maintenance coordination, resident/community relations, administration, vendor relations, Candidate will enjoy administrative and accounting work, as well as be comfortable and confident in a customer service role. Other professional traits we are seeking include work independently, manage time effectively, attentive to details, responsible, friendly and accommodating, organized, intelligent, willing to tackle challenges and solve problems. Candidate must be comfortable working with seniors, their families, and their needs, as well as be passionate about providing affordable, safe, and comfortable homes for those seniors.
Property management, accounting, and affordable housing experience is ideal. Knowledge of HUD and LIHTC programs a plus. Computer skills are required including proficiency in the Microsoft Suite; MRI and SharePoint are a plus. Candidates will live no further than 45 minutes from Concord, NH.
