StrategyUS has an outstanding opportunity for a Training Advisor for its Arlington, VA office. Key responsibilities are:
Counsel potential trainees on the phone or via email and enroll them in courses appropriate for their background
Maintain records of prospective trainees and all training operations including trainee attendance
Order course materials and distribute to trainees
Maintain training labs and install software as needed
Coordination with instructors, administrative team and trainees
Conduct course evaluations from trainees and help troubleshoot issues they may have during the training
Represent the programs at events
Develop and maintain training contacts by conducting outreach marketing and cold calling
Candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:
Development skills
Excellent team and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, manage, evaluate and improve programs/events and projects; as well as handle multiple work priorities in a dynamic, changing environment;
Excellent oral, written, online and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated individual counseling and coaching experience.
Possess excellent customer service and public relations skills, and a demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment;
Effective collaboration and communication with students, faculty, administrators and external constituents
Experience with information technology including use of the Internet as a tool; and familiarity with various word processing, database, spreadsheet and presentation programs are highly desirable. Knowledge of Web Design skills is a plus.
Candidate must have personal transportation.
A minimum of Bachelor's degree.
