Caregiver/Personal Assistant Job Opening in Monroe, Wisconsin - Monroe, Wisconsin company now hiring caregivers for people with special needs. Hiring full-time and part-time employees for care-giving positions at our adult family homes. Hiring caregivers for 2nd and 3rd shifts. CNA and PCW certifications are not required; however, certifications and experience as a caregiver will be taken into consideration when developing starting wage.

2nd shift caregiver position job description:
Assist people with special needs in our adult family homes. Second shift caregiver tasks include making dinner, assisting clients with personal cares, including bathing, using the bathroom, personal hygiene, laundry and general housekeeping. Interaction with the clients is mandatory and may include playing games, helping them with household chores including cooking, cleaning, laundry and outings to local stores, restaurants, parks, etc. In Home Healthcare given includes medication administration, personal hygiene and administration of over-the-counter medications as needed. Second shift is generally 2:30 PM until 11:00 PM, but may vary slightly depending on the house.
3rd shift caregiver position job description:
Assist people with special needs in our adult family homes. Third shift caregiver tasks include general housekeeping, including mopping, meal preparation for the following day, laundry, dusting, and a deep-cleaning task of the night. Personal cares during the night could include assisting in changing incontinent clients. Morning in home care tasks will include personal cares for the clients, medication administration, making breakfast and assisting residents with eating and getting them ready for the day. Third shift is generally 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM, but may vary slightly depending on the house.
In home care workers for our adult family homes must be available to work every other weekend.
