Govig Healthcare Group, the premier Executive Search firm in the Senior Care industry, is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for a progressive assisted living and memory care organization in Wisconsin.
Job Description:
Oversee leadership of multiple Assisted Living properties
Creating and adhering to the budget
Implementing cost saving initiatives and revenue strategies
Ensuring the quality of care and service delivered is of the highest level
Training and managing of team
Guiding the Regional Team to achieve their goals
Making a significant contribution towards building the census
Duties and responsibilities:
B.S. degree in a related field
Minimum of 3 years of proven Regional Operations experience in Senior Living
Must have a sales edge with a proven track record of growing occupancy within their region
Strong financial and operational abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and management experience
Strong leadership skills
Proven track records focused on improving quality of health care services, maximizing revenue and building census, mentoring and rallying the staff, controlling expenses, increasing resident satisfaction, managing operations of region while continuously making improvements and recommendations
Proven marketing record and employee relations experience a plus
