This career opening will be providing support to communities in the I-5 corridor (Salem, Eugene/Lane Country and Medford) and will preferably be based in Eugene or Redmond, OR.
WHAT YOU GET TO DO
Work closely with key stakeholders to execute strategic field marketing initiatives.
Act as the go between for field sales and corporate marketing and serve as the day-to-day marketing contact.
Manage various aspects of the regional and community marketing plans including cooperative development of individual community marketing plans with the community managers and the Regional Sales Manager.
Implement both corporate and community specific marketing initiatives, event planning and execution.
Model home set-up and maintenance.
Determine and execute on media placement.
Oversee and manage to the regional marketing budget.
Develop and maintain successful working relationships with local and regional vendors, and provide overall guidance in lead generation initiatives within the region.
Work closely with Corporate Marketing to maintain corporate branding standards and execute the company?s strategic plan and ensure all regional communications appropriately represent the needs of the Hayden Homes brand, our subsidiary brands as well as the needs of the field.
Attend and participate in Regional Sales meetings, Marketing meetings and region related events as appropriate.

WHAT YOU NEED
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or related field strongly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of three years of marketing experience required, in residential real estate or related field strongly preferred.
Field support experience a plus.
Experience managing budgets up to $500k preferred.
Required Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to various audiences to include strong skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Ability to creatively solve problems and work under time constraints with minimal supervision.
Must be organized and efficient at completing administrative tasks and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.
Demonstrate intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and an ability to establish strong relationships with all levels of the organization as well as build relationships with outside resources.
Strong writing skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Travel: Depending on the region, approximately 50%. If working out of the Redmond office, travel will include one to two days per week at locations in the Oregon I-5 Corridor. Employee will use their own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement.

Work Environment: This job primarily operates in a professional office/ model home environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. At times, the employee is exposed to and works in outside weather conditions and thus is exposed to wet, humid, hot and/or cold conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet in the office, and moderate to loud in the field.
Physical Demands: This role is equally sedentary and walking and requires reaching with arms and using hands and fingers to grab, pull, push, lift and at times will need to stand, crouch, crawl, stoop, and bend.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds or more.
