Core Duties and Responsibilities
Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services.
Maintain strong knowledge of all products, accessories, pricing plans, and promotions.
Responsible for meeting current sales metrics
Responsible for executing promotions and meeting or exceeding established sales goals
Responsible for handling customer service issues
Must be able to work independently in a retail environment.
