Lifeguard/Pool Host Job Opening in moses lake, Washington - Lifeguard/Pool Host LIFEGUARD / POOL HOST SageCliffe Resort is seeking an experienced lifeguard / pool host for our incredible hotel pool, which sits perched on the cliffs above the Columbia River in Quincy. SageCliffe is Washington State?s original winery destination resort. Located in Central Washington?s wine country and adjacent to the famous Gorge Amphitheater, SageCliffe includes the Cave B Inn and Spa, Tendrils Vineyard Restaurant, the award-winning Cave B Estate Winery, & the luxury yurts of Chiwana Village at SageCliffe. SUMMARY We are seeking an individual with a current Washington State Lifeguard Certification as well as excellent customer service skills and a sincere desire to provide the highest level of service to our guests at all times. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Greet guests as they enter the pool area and provide general information on pool operations/rules Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the event of an emergency Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services Maintain order in the pool and adjoining areas to maintain a clean and safe facility Clean loose debris from the pool on a regular basis and assist with general pool cleanliness Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of guest service Promote teamwork and extraordinary service through daily communication and coordination with other departments Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Skill in the application of lifeguarding surveillance and rescue techniques Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations Knowledge of customer service standards 6 months to 1 year of experience directly related to the following duties and responsibilities: Current Washington State Lifeguard Certification CPR/First Aid Certified Demonstrated customer service skills Please visit the Sagecliffe website and send Letter of Interest and Resume to: The Cave B Inn at Sagecliffe Attn: Human Resources 344 Silica Road NW Quincy, WA. 98848 moses lake wa washington
