The Asset Engineering Project Manager (AEPM) position oversees the residential physical asset redevelopment activity for their region of properties, and enforces policy regarding capital project procedures, administration, safety and onsite training. Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. A college degree or some college education is preferred. � Five years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor and a background in construction is preferred. � Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook. Familiarity with CAD is preferred. � Must possess excellent skills in the management and motivation of people through leadership. � When asked, should be able to evaluate assigned properties performance against financial objectives and work with managers to correct unfavorable variances and improve NOI.
