Mobile Application Developer Job Opening in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania - We are looking for an experienced, hands-on mobile application developer to contribute to our mobile VoIP application development efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, deploying and running a variety of mobile applications, that have been deployed to the Apple App store or Google Play store. The ideal candidate will be able to balance creating new applications, adding new features to existing applications, and supporting a large deployed base.
Responsibilities:
Experience developing iOS and Android applications
Design, Develop, and Unit Test mobile software
Provide third level support for applications deployed in the field
Write application code to connect to RESTful web services for purposes of configuring and managing voice services
Responsible for implementing new features and maintaining existing deployed software
Assist with integration and usability testing
Qualifications:
3+ years of software development experience
2+ years experience developing and managing mobile applications
Proficiency in at least one mobile development language (Swift, Objective-C, Java)
Solid understanding of mobile application design patterns.
Knowledge of Mobile Application ecosystems (app store submission, etc)
Knowledge of iOS and Android
Proficiency in at least one mobile development platform (iOS or Android)
Proven ability to manage a large deployment of mobile applications
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve goals with minimal supervision
Ability to communicate project status and complex technical concepts clearly
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with MySQL or a similar Database
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodology
Understanding of VoIP telephony architecture
Knowledge of git, gerrit, or other version control systems
