As the Director of Global Sales, you will develop, own and lead Linx ?s sales process and growth strategy. Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver results related to the company?s goal of achieving 20-30% growth
Deeper share of wallet by achieving 25% of sales from new business won in the last 2-Years
Gain share in core markets where market growth is 8-10% per year
Develop and implement a robust closed loop sales process in support of a small but yet complex sales organization consisting of Inside Sales, Outside Regional Sales Managers and extensive third party manufacturer?s representative network on a global basis
Process will be all inclusive from Prospect, Lead and Opportunity Qualification to Point of Sale
Establishment of standardized expectations (Calls, Meetings/ Appointments, etc.)
Daily and weekly cadence insuring that ?We inspect what we expect?
Align with Marketing. Be able to work directly with the Marketing department to establish lead follow-up and nurturing processes, assist in developing audience messaging and strategies, help further understanding of marketplace, and coordinate the development of sales and marketing reports
Be a player and coach. The role requires a change leader who will lead from the front providing direction, guidance and mentoring of a diversified sales organization willing, capable and able of graduating from ?good to great?
Lead positive cultural change from ?the status quo? to ?a sense of urgency?
Refinement and management of the Sales organization?s variable compensation plan covering direct Linx team members and third party manufacturer representative firms
Create standardized Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales forecasts and plans. Develop and reporting of key metrics and leading indicators against company and individual goals
Be the ?Voice of the Customer? to the company and lead a cross functional team to develop a standardized ?VOC? data capture process
Lead change related to the company?s internal Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Furtherance the development and expansion of the company?s global distribution network
Take market share from competitors through New Product Introductions at existing channels
Develop distribution programs that generates internal push of Linx to their clients
Identify and sign on new strategic distribution partners that are adjacent to the existing base
Negotiate distribution and client agreements
Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% and must have a valid driver license
Location is Continental United States, however working from the Wayne, PA (Suburban Philadelphia) office is desirable

Competencies:
Proven sales leader/new business hunter with technical undergrad, MBA and 10+ year experience driving/scaling sales team.
Must have an understanding and worked in an operating environment that employs Policy Deployment, Goal Deployment or Goal Mapping as the guiding post for strategic planning
Demonstrable record of past performances in growth companies
CRM implementation, integration and management
Sales process and process improvement via Kaizen Events
Able to effectively communicate at executive or board of director?s level
Must have led a multi-dimensional direct and in-direct sales organizations on a global basis
Experience developing and growing an established distribution channel and direct client base
Strong negotiation skills. Completion of Miller Heimen sales training is desirable
Strong technical understanding of wireless components and interconnects is desirable
Adaptability: learn new software packages and concepts as they arise
Organized: has the ability to prioritize, multi task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Computer Skills: proficient in Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Internet Explorer; CRM; Social Media (Twitter, , Facebook, etc.); and Microsoft
Education and Experience: 10+ years with technical undergrad and a graduate business degree
