Sales Representative Duties:
In home inspections and presenting solutions to customers problems
Diagnose damages or needed repairs
Make recommendations based on findings
Sales Process (systems and contracting)
Entering leads into our software program
Over 80% of work is done outside the office working directly with customer
Bonuses & Benefits:
Base plus High commission on each job (potential to make $80,000-120,000 plus year).

Qualifications:
Must be self-motivated
Sales background a plus but not required
Detail orientation and organization a necessity
Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and personal computer/Ipad
Full training will be provided including:
Inspections Software Systems
Sales Systems and Strategy
Estimating Contract Processes
Product Knowledge Industry Knowledge
