Williams Data Management is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to add to our growing team in Southern California. As a member of our Sales team, your primary responsibility will be to make in-person presentations at clients? places of business. Your appointments will mostly be based on your own self-generated leads, with some warm leads provided by our Inside Sales team. Reports to Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Must have 2-5 years Outside Sales E xperience; we need you to hit the ground running .* *It's imperative that you read the entire job posting and do your due diligence on our company.

Responsibilities:
Prospect for new business B2B
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect
Contact and achieve agreed sales target and Business Development goals
******Document all activity in our CRM system on a daily basis ******
Identify revenue opportunities within entire client organization
Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise to become an industry expert
Attend networking events or business functions
Quickly follow up warm leads
Requirements:
Must be a hunter
College degree
Spend 75% of your time in the field prospecting and closing clients
Experience using CRM preferably Microsoft Dynamics
Good Telephone etiquette
Steady Job History - B2B Sales a plus
Valid driver?s license with clean/clear DMV record
Cold calling 50% of the time
Ideal Candidate:
College Degree in Business or Related Field
A background in sales/customer service is an asset to this position, but an entrepreneurial spirit and great work ethic are even more important
Must be coachable and follow a proven system
