Responsibilities:
Track, report, and assists with shipping Single Family mortgage loans
Assists with auditing mortgage loans and final documentation
Provide, foster & maintain excellent relationships with brokers, lenders and consumers
Follow guidelines & regulatory requirements
Requirements:
1+ years experience in mortgage or processing/closing background.
Must be self-directed and motivated performer
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication skills
