Our Mortgage Servicing and Quality Control Specialist will be directly responsible for the servicing of mortgage loans and home equity lines of credit for CapEd, including processing transactions, operational support, and customer service support. Will audit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities include auditing and reviewing closing documentation based on underwriting requirements, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Process incoming insurance notices, validation of coverage, etc., and monitor all coverage including hazard, life, and flood insurance to ensure full coverage is in place. Administer loan payments, payoffs, and advances for loans.
Qualifications:
Three years to five years of similar or related experience
Two year degree preferred and/or equivalent work experience
Position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge using computers and MS Office software
Spanish Bilingual preferred but not required
