Sales Director - North America
Moventas is seeking a SALES DIRECTOR to lead the North American service sales function.

To succeed and enable the intended growth Moventas expects from the North American market, you?ll strive to open new and grow existing customer relationships. You?ll engage innovative and cost efficient operational models for the best results from the existing capital and human resources. Through strategic thinking and customer focus, you direct all sales efforts on constantly identifying market opportunities and increasing customer value.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Executing the North American Service Strategy as part of the regional management team
· Coordinating and aligning NA sales activities with other functions of the NA Service organization and Global Group functions
· Key account management for selected customers
· Managing the North American Sales Team
· Leading business development initiatives
What we hope you?ll bring the following to the team:
Background and Experience:
· Strong track record in building and growing customer relationships with big multi-national corporations as part of the service business of a manufacturing company
· Several years of experience in key account management
· Several years of experience in leading and managing sales teams
· Several years of experience of working in an international company on (middle) management level
· Technical or business educational background
· Good understanding of the North American wind market and gearbox component market
Language skills:
Fluent English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Spanish, French) are an advantage.
