House Painters Wanted - Full-Time Summer Jobs Job Opening in seattle, Washington - House Painters Wanted - Full-Time Summer Jobs Full-time positions available for exterior residential house painting. This is a summer season job, beginning in the middle of June and going through the end of September. The summer painting season is ideal for college students! Responsibilities include: scraping, sanding, masking, priming, and painting. Comfort and experience with extension ladders required. You may have to work as high as 35 feet at times. House painting is a very labor intensive job! We are looking for energetic and hard working people that want outdoor work. Ideally, you will have some experience working on a painting crew. Prior labor experience is a must. Base wage is $12-15/hr depending on experience, with additional bonuses available based on quality and efficiency as a team. Our standards of quality and effort are higher than your average painting crew. This is NOT a student-run business, and NO MARKETING IS REQUIRED. Transportation: Having your own car is preferred, but not required. You must be able to get yourself to the site on time. Most jobs will be located in or around Seattle, and possibly up to 15 miles away. Work is typically from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with occasional longer days and weekends, depending on weather.
