Furniture Sales Associate About this Career Opportunity: We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Professional to work at our showroom store location in the Seattle/TukwilaArea to help accelerate our growth further! Our sales reps confidently sell our full line of furniture, bedding, and accessories items by utilizing their professional skills, enthusiastic winning attitudes, and by their excellent customer service. Responsibilities: ? Conduct sales demonstrations to our guests, and customers, of all furniture categories, bedding, and accessories. ? Exhibit accurate expertise on product benefits to cultivate interest and sales. ? Follow proven sales strategies and procedures. ? Ensure excellent customer service. ? Close Sales through effective follow-up. ? Achieve personal and store sales goals. ? HAVE FUN! What we are looking for: The ideal Sales Professional candidate may come from a variety of industries but will most likely have a successful background of at least 2 or more years selling high-end or big-ticket (over $100) products in a retail environment. Our preferred candidate has previously been responsible for meeting personal sales quotas with a record of accomplishment of consistently exceeding those goals. Sales consultants who have sold products or services that their clients are emotionally involved in would most likely enjoy working for Furniture Factory Direct. Minimum Requirements: ? Proven sales record of accomplishment. Prefer a minimum 2 years experience in retail, big ticket, and commission sales. ? Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer service skills required. ? High energy, enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor required. ? Team focused attitude required. ? Ability to work a 40-hour workweek which will include a combination of day, evening, and weekend ?mall retail hours? required. ? Minimum of High School Diploma required.
